30-day returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, purchased directly from our website.

What can’t be returned

Custom kits can’t be returned unless defective or damaged. Clearance items are final sale.

Start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. If the package is still in transit, accept delivery first and we’ll guide you afterward.

Labels and shipping

If your return is approved, we may send a prepaid label. Fees may apply for AK, HI, and PR. International returns require the customer to pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Exchanges

Email [email protected] and we’ll help you exchange your item.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours by email with the subject “CANCEL ORDER” and your order number. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Custom kits cannot be cancelled once production begins. USA stock orders may ship the same day if placed before cutoff times.

Damage, loss, wrong items, missing items

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, we will fix it free of charge, including the wrong product, wrong specifications, or missing accessories.
Paint coverage may vary by color. If you run out, we can send extra paint for free on request, but this does not qualify for a refund. Minor canvas dents can usually be fixed at home. Severe dents qualify for a replacement canvas.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, contact the carrier and check your delivery area. We are not responsible for stolen packages marked delivered.

Late deliveries and delays

Carrier delays and force majeure events are outside our control. Delivery times are estimates, and compensation is not available for late deliveries, but we’ll assist and keep you updated.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you made a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. We will be able to update it before shipping. We’re not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Custom kits

Custom kits are refundable or replaceable only for damage or factory faults. They cannot be returned based on personal preference. If you’re not happy, send photos and we’ll review and help, including a new sample and a remake if needed.
