Every paint by numbers kit is prepared specifically for the customer rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. After your order is placed, the canvas, paints, and accessories are carefully prepared and packed before being sent out for delivery.
Most orders are ready to ship within 3–6 business days. During busy periods, production may take a little longer, but we’ll always work to get your kit on its way as quickly as possible.
On The Way To Your Door
Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and local shipping conditions.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and are always available if you need assistance with your order.

International shipments often travel through multiple sorting facilities and may be transferred between different carriers before reaching their final destination. Because of this, delivery times can occasionally vary from one order to another, even within the same country.
While most packages arrive without issue, factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or periods of high shipping demand can sometimes cause delays. These situations are outside our control, but we continuously monitor our shipping partners to help ensure your order arrives as smoothly as possible.

In many cases, carriers need a few days to process and scan a shipment before the first tracking updates become visible.
